I have created this sweet, one of a kind Mixed Media original, on a 7.5x7.5 inch piece of upcycled pine wood,
from my husband scrap heap, It is 5/8 inch deep. It is just a tad bit uneven and came from his reject pile.
I added some oak stain and a few screwdriver marks to age it a bit.
I call this piece : “ A HOT MESS”, as true to pig lifestyle , this piece is created with everything reject in my studio .
I started with a archival copy of my original piggy painting, I scanned into my computer, only to have the paint smear on the glass to create brown paint inside his left ear.
I scraped it into a reject pile.
I purchased a glass and metal drawer pull for a house project , only to discover it had a small crack in it.
The crack finally broke off and I glued it back together with epoxy, knowing I would used it on a project where it wouldn’t matter, or be handled daily.
A perfect topper for this piece.
The paper pig copy is decoupaged onto the piece of pine wood, using ModPodge, coated several times, clear spray sealed with acrylic.
All in all , I created this fun farm animal mixed media piece that I know someone will love to have as a part of their home, or office décor.

There are times when a buyer has forgotten to add their address, or other info I may need to ship the item you have ordered. I will make 3 attempts to contact a buyer for shipping, or other information that may be needed to make a successful sale. At the end of 3 attempts and I have not heard from said buyer.
