I love winter snow on the ground and trees that stand tall .. I love the word JOY as a part of my holiday inspiration.
This is a somewhat Mixed Media piece. I have nailed heavy tag board letters to spell out JOY onto this piece, and nailed a star shaped button to the top of the tree. Star is painted with Gold paint.

This piece of pine wood measures 6 inches tall, 5.25 inches wide, and is 1.50 inched thick .
wood has been sanded.
I love how paint glides across a wood surface.
I also love the look of rustic decor and sanded edges.
