Inspired by my love of all things birds, but most especially Ravens, Crows, and Blackbirds.
As a young girl, we had a family friend who had free range Raven that brought shiny objects to the table,
and I was always fascinated by the treasures that were collected in a large wooden bowl on the outside table .
This artwork is my impression of the Raven bringing a Pearl Necklace as "The Gift "
I have created this original acrylic painting on a 20x20 inch wrapped canvas that is 1.5 inches deep
I have used professional acrylic paints on a professional grade stretched canvas
This is a one of a kind work of art.
